Title: Setting the Price Right for a ‘Masstige’ Luxury Brand

 Project Overview:
Welcome to Luxe Compass! Here, we’re blending luxury with accessibility for Hermes. Our mission? Create a pricing strategy that keeps Hermes' prestige while inviting a broader audience.

 Objectives:
1. Balance Luxury & Mass Appeal: Make Hermes accessible without losing its luxe charm.
2. Expand Market Reach: Attract new, aspirational consumers.

Strategy:
1. Two-Tier Pricing: Luxury meets mass-market.
2. New Product Line: Affordable, yet undeniably Hermes.
3. Smart Marketing: Highlight craftsmanship and aspirational lifestyle.
4. No Discounts: Keep it exclusive and special.

Title: Navigating Brand Development for Hardy’s Zero Alcohol Wine

Welcome to Brand Odyssey! My mission is to develop a standout brand identity for Hardy’s new zero alcohol wine that captures market attention and resonates with health-conscious consumers. The goal is to craft a compelling, cohesive brand and design strategies to appeal to health-conscious, socially active consumers. My strategy involves exploring market trends and audience insights, positioning Hardy’s zero alcohol wine as a premium, health-conscious option, and designing a striking visual identity with logos, color palettes, and typography. I will also develop engaging marketing campaigns to highlight the brand's benefits. Deliverables include a comprehensive brand development presentation, visual aids such as logos and color schemes, and market analysis insights. The project timeline is 4 weeks. 3. Elegance Explorer

Welcome to Elegance Explorer! This island is all about my employability portfolio, where I apply the principles learned in the Strategic Brand Management Module to market myself as a standout 'brand' in the job market. The aim is to attract potential employers' attention and differentiate myself from other candidates with similar qualifications. I will define my unique value proposition and brand positioning, create a cohesive visual identity, and develop engaging materials to effectively communicate my brand. Deliverables include a persuasive 'Brand Me' poster, visual aids like logos, color schemes, and key achievements.
